Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects people, property, infrastructure, and the shared service. You may not use Crown Studio to do, facilitate, or conceal any of the following.
Illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activity
- Break a law, court order, aviation rule, privacy obligation, or contractual restriction.
- Upload imagery captured through trespass, unlawful surveillance, or another person’s reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Exploit, stalk, threaten, harass, discriminate against, or endanger a person.
- Create or process sexual content involving minors or any non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Map a sensitive site for sabotage, evasion, unauthorized access, or another harmful purpose.
Rights and authenticity
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, property, or other rights.
- Misrepresent a generated model or orthophoto as a certified survey, legal boundary, engineering result, or verified record.
- Remove provenance, warnings, or material limitations in order to deceive another person.
Security and service abuse
- Probe, scan, bypass, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account.
- Upload malware, exploit files, credential material, or content designed to trigger unsafe processing.
- Evade rate, file, storage, account, plan, or concurrency limits; automate account creation; or resell beta access without written permission.
- Use the service to operate weapons, autonomous targeting, or real-time life-safety decisions.
Enforcement and reporting
We may reject content, cancel a job, preserve relevant evidence, restrict an account, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law. We consider context and will provide notice where practical and lawful. Report suspected abuse through the Support page; do not include dangerous files in the first message.
